The time has come for our Sec 4s and 5s to leave the choir and embark on their new journey.

We celebrated their farewell in conjunction with the post-SYF party which was long overdue.

Key Elements will be performing in August ! Yup, right at the heart of the city at the YMCA Orchard. So do come and support us.

Blue Moo is a cool cafe joint at the rooftop of the YMCA@Orchard. No alcoholic beverages are served but they have some pretty innovative drinks that will make you crave for more ! So for an alternative evening, why not unwind under the stars with cool drinks and cool jazz....

Hey, sorry for the long hiatus, been rather busy lately, but here I am.
Oeuvre III was a success, thanks to the hardwork of everybody, students, teachers, helpers. These few weeks of sweat and pain have paid off handsomeely. The choir outdid themselves again. You sang so beautifully for "For the Beauty of the Earth" that I was very moved by it. You also really enjoyed the Chinese song and sang with so much energy and feeling, I am so glad I chose that piece. Lollipop turned out to be a hit, although during the afternoon rehearsal you were terribly out of tune, somehow, miraculously, your pitching was spot on during the concert and you all were really GROOVING! And I love your big smiles! GOOD JARB! It was overall a good show and you made me so proud of you! -HUGZ...

Change of layout again :D I like this one pretty much. More information added regarding the choir and tagboard has been removed, to be replaced by haloscan, a comments board, which can be linked under 'Comments' just right over there --->

This past week have been horrible, I had to struggle through four tests. Three of which lies on the same frigging day. I almost died. But since this webpage is linked to the school website and therefore, to the rest of the world, I shall not elaborate on how I think the teachers are conspiring to kill the students all with the most number of tests they can give in a day and dominate the whole of the school body :D

Speech Day is coming up in April, possibly my last performance with the choir, unless my parents allow me to perform with the choir for Ouerve III in July. But well, let's just take one step at a time. I hope that we'll be able to put up a smashing performance for Speech Day. Altos, don't let me down :D Choir, don't let Mr Goh and Mr Chen down either.

So.
Today's the last day of the year. I guess it's goodbye 2005, year of fun and insanity, hello 2006, books and doomsville.
It's gonna be dreadful next year :\ At least for me.

I'm waiting for inspiration to strike so that I can change this layout, it doesn't look so nice anymore - not like it's very nice to start with.

Oh, and perhaps those of you reading this should really go and catch The Chronicles of Narnia if you haven't, cause Aslan is the cutest(and most majestic) lion I've ever seen. Thanks to technologies and graphic designs software, but the point is, it's a very good movie :D Really. And not just because of Aslan (although, yes, in large parts) but it is a very good movie luh!

Oh, and must-watch movies next year: Memoirs of Geisha (Zhang Ziyi!!! She's not overrated, she's talented aight) and Elizabethtown (Orlando Bloom & Kirsten Dunst!) Hyperventilates!

So... it's almost another month now, since I last came back here. And I see this blog is still abandoned. Oh well, maybe this new layout will change it's "abandoned fate" :)

Hallo abondoned blog, since nobody is here to update,
I shall just put a few words down for prosterity sake.

Yes before you know it, it's Mid-autumn festival already.
We have come to the last quarter of year 2005.
We have come this far, and had accomplished a lot.
In this year alone, the choir has risen from a nobody to a
Bronze choir. And again, in the combined concert, they
have shone yet again and outdid themselves.

That's the happy story so far. And I shall stop here.
Because everything just goes e-p-x-o-i-j-m-m from then...

Choir Practice tomorrow :) I hope the Sec 4s are coming =/ 'O' Levels Mother Tongue paper coming up soon. All the best to the Sec4s taking the paper ! :D

I'm too lazy to blog in my own page, so I'm just gonna rant here :)

My alarm went off at 6.30 AM this morning, giving me roughly 30 minutes to brush my teeth, change into school uniform, trying to look reasonably presentable and wear my socks and shoes and grab a quick 5 minutes breakfast ( or none at all ) before I leave house by 7.15, which then gives me ten minutes to reach school just in time for assembly, cause I dislike reaching early for school. We're gonna spend the next 6 hours in the school anyway and besides, why sacrifice those precious minutes for my sleep ?

That was the plan, anyway.

Instead, I pressed the Snooze button when my alarm went off annoyingly. Which means I had just sacrificed my breakfast time.

At 6.40, the alarm went off again, and I hit the Snooze button yet again. Which means I had to wear my socks in the car later and I hate the feeling of putting my feet into shoes without socks on >:(

At 6.50, the alarm went off yet again, and realising the time, I got ready for school in record's time ; 10 minutes :D Which means, I would have time for breakfast and to wear my socks at home, instead of having to trod out to my dad's car with the yucky feeling of wearing my sneakers without socks on :D

English oral was fine :) I used the word, assertive. I'm so proud of myself. It was definitely better than yesterday's Chinese oral :) :) And I'm pretty sure, I've quite a positive feeling that this oral might just pull up my English grade by a notch or two :D

Let's make that a Choir outing activity, aye ?

Then we can stroll in the beach and play with the sand.

New layout, once again. I'm finally satisfied on this design and I'd say it looks pretty decent =p Well, for a fifteen year old who has no one to guide her through Photshop 7.0 ( which I might say, is the most confusing and complicating software ever invented ) and she managed to solve everything within one afternoon. Where's my round of applause ! :D

Me and Jerv were just chatting online about sleeping early and all.
She : they sed if u dont sleep enuff you'll get this 'sleep debt', which will be hard to pay back later in life

She actually believed in that ? =/ Haha, okay, maybe its true in a way... Oh well, at the rate I'm going, I think I'll die before I can hit 30 then.

Changed a little of the tagboard. I've decided it looks nicer with the scrollbar =p Eh, shall work on a new layout now. We all look drenched in this layout, rah !
